These Terms of Service govern access to and use of sahovia.com and its related features, content, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Rakii Jawed, Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), under the trade name Shop RK and commercial brand SAHOVIA.

By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Purchases are also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Account Information

However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, packaging changes, or manufacturing updates that do not materially affect intended functionality.

Product information may be updated without notice.

Any certification, warranty, capacity, voltage, or technical specification applies only where expressly stated for the specific model or configuration on the relevant product page.

Customers must review product specifications and installation requirements before purchasing, particularly voltage, frequency, electrical connection, water supply, dimensions, capacity, and intended use.

Orders, Pricing, and Promotions

Purchases are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or a material pricing or listing error.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Changes do not affect an order already accepted.

Promotional codes may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the offer and may not be combinable unless expressly stated.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, damage claims, returns, cancellations, refunds, and warranties are governed by the applicable product page and our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Those policies form part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory customer right that cannot legally be waived.

Shopify

The Services are powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure but is not the seller of SAHOVIA products.

Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Shop RK – SAHOVIA, subject to the payment services and other third-party services used at checkout.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, tracking services, analytics providers, video hosts, and social platforms.

We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

The SAHOVIA name, branding, website design, text, graphics, product presentation, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to SAHOVIA unless otherwise stated and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, certifications, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, video, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful.

You grant SAHOVIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Errors and Availability

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or technical issues.

We may correct or update information and, where legally permitted, cancel an order affected by a material error.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Security

You must not attempt to bypass security features, test vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with the website, or use the Services to distribute malicious code.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with authorities where required by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and its service providers also process certain information necessary to provide and improve the platform.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that all general website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Product warranties are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or in applicable written warranty terms.

This section does not exclude any express promise made by SAHOVIA or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAHOVIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where caused by legally actionable fault, or any other liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SAHOVIA against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SAHOVIA’s own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, repeated violations, or material breach of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights that apply based on the customer’s location and cannot be waived.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or authorities competent under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, operational, security, or service-related reasons.

The revised version will be posted with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
