Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the SAHOVIA online store.

They apply together with the product page, order confirmation, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any written warranty terms applicable to the purchased product.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms.

  1. Seller Information

  1. Sales Territory and Customers

SAHOVIA currently accepts orders for delivery to eligible addresses within the United States only.

Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Products may be purchased by individual consumers and by businesses or professional customers.

Certain provisions or mandatory protections may apply differently depending on whether the customer is acting as a consumer or for business purposes.

Orders with an unsupported delivery address may be refused or cancelled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

  1. Products and Technical Specifications

SAHOVIA sells coffee machines, commercial coffee equipment, accessories, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs, certifications, features, prices, and availability are accurate.

Minor variations in appearance, packaging, or manufacturing details may occur when they do not materially affect the product’s intended functionality.

Before purchasing, customers must review all relevant specifications, including where applicable:

  • Voltage and frequency;
  • Plug and electrical-connection requirements;
  • Water supply and drainage requirements;
  • Dimensions and clearance requirements;
  • Capacity and recommended output;
  • Intended residential, office, hospitality, or commercial use;
  • Installation requirements; and
  • Included accessories and components.

Any certification claim, including an ETL certification claim, applies only to the specific model, configuration, and certificate identified on the relevant product page.

A certification for one model must not be interpreted as applying to a different model or configuration.

  1. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

The total payable amount will be shown before the order is submitted.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, are calculated, displayed, or handled according to the information shown at checkout.

SAHOVIA will not add an undisclosed charge to an accepted order without the customer’s consent, except where a charge results from a customer-requested change or a customer-caused delivery issue and is permitted by law.

SAHOVIA may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order already accepted.

Promotions and discount codes may have specific eligibility, date, product, usage, and combination rules displayed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated, promotional codes have no cash value, may not be combined, and may be limited to one use per customer or order.

A promotional discount does not remove mandatory customer rights and does not, by itself, make a product final sale.

If a material pricing or listing error occurs, SAHOVIA may correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel the affected order.

Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made using a method available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that the information is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention screening.

SAHOVIA may refuse, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inconsistent customer information, abusive activity, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or a material pricing error.

  1. Formation and Acceptance of the Order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

The automated acknowledgment that an order was received does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

An order is accepted when SAHOVIA confirms acceptance or begins fulfillment, subject to successful payment and verification.

The customer must review the cart, product specifications, delivery information, and total price before submitting the order.

If SAHOVIA refuses or cancels an order, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

Any applicable amount already collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. Processing

Orders require up to 7 days of processing before shipment.

Processing may include order and payment verification, product preparation, quality control, protective packaging, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.

Processing begins after the order and payment have been successfully confirmed.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 7–15 days.

The estimated overall timeframe is therefore up to 7 days of processing plus approximately 7–15 days in transit.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless SAHOVIA expressly guarantees a date in writing.

Delays may result from carrier operations, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, high shipping volume, remote delivery locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products advertised as including “Free U.S. Shipping” are shipped without a standard delivery charge to eligible U.S. addresses under the conditions shown on the product page and at checkout.

If we cannot ship within a timeframe specifically promised at purchase, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised date or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.

Further details are provided in the Shipping Policy.

  1. Delivery Address and Receipt

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient name, street address, unit or suite where applicable, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and telephone number where requested.

Contact contact@sahovia.com immediately if a correction is needed.

Once fulfillment or shipment begins, an address change may no longer be possible.

High-value equipment may require a signature, appointment, delivery verification, or adult recipient.

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking and making reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment.

Additional costs caused by incorrect customer-provided information, a refused delivery, or a missed delivery requiring storage, redelivery, or reshipment may be charged where permitted by law.

  1. Inspection, Shipping Damage, and Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and retain all packaging while any issue is reviewed.

If a machine arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact contact@sahovia.com as soon as possible and provide:

  • The order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photographs of the product;
  • Photographs of the external and internal packaging where relevant; and
  • Video evidence where useful.

If the issue is confirmed, SAHOVIA will provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

This may include technical assistance, replacement parts, repair assistance, a replacement product, or a refund.

  1. Tracking and Delivery Problems

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, indicates a delivery problem, or shows delivered when the package cannot be located, the customer should contact the carrier and SAHOVIA promptly.

SAHOVIA will conduct or support a reasonable carrier investigation before determining whether reshipment, replacement, refund, or another remedy is appropriate.

  1. 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Refund & Return Policy.

For a voluntary return, the product must generally be unused, in its original condition, complete with all accessories, manuals, and components, in its original packaging, and free from damage or significant signs of use.

The customer must contact contact@sahovia.com and obtain written return authorization and instructions before shipping a product.

Do not send a return to the registered business address unless expressly instructed.

For a change-of-mind return or incorrect customer selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.

For a confirmed defect, shipping damage, incorrect product, or SAHOVIA error, SAHOVIA will cover applicable costs and provide an appropriate remedy.

  1. Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, SAHOVIA will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Where permitted by law, a voluntary return that is incomplete, damaged, materially altered, or shows signs of use may be rejected or may receive a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value.

Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact contact@sahovia.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after verification, preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

An order already shipped will generally be handled under the Refund & Return Policy.

  1. One-Year Warranty

Eligible SAHOVIA machines include a one-year warranty only where that warranty is expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Unless the product page states otherwise, the warranty period begins on the delivery date and applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

Depending on the verified issue, warranty assistance may include:

  • Troubleshooting and technical guidance;
  • Replacement parts or components;
  • Repair assistance; or
  • Product replacement where appropriate.

Unless expressly included in writing, the warranty does not include on-site labor, third-party technician charges, installation work, routine maintenance, consumable items, or losses caused by downtime.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect;
  • Improper installation or unauthorized repair;
  • Incorrect voltage, frequency, electrical connection, water supply, or drainage;
  • Failure to clean or maintain the product as instructed;
  • Unauthorized modification;
  • Use outside stated operating conditions;
  • Normal wear and tear; or
  • Failure to follow manuals, safety instructions, or troubleshooting guidance.

Warranty coverage is subject to reasonable verification of the order, serial or model information, installation conditions, and the reported issue.

The warranty does not limit mandatory rights that apply under law.

  1. Installation and Utilities

Certain SAHOVIA products are professional or commercial-grade equipment.

The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility with the intended installation environment before purchase.

Where electrical, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, or technical installation requires professional skill or local authorization, the customer must use an appropriately qualified professional and comply with applicable building, electrical, plumbing, food-service, workplace, and safety requirements.

SAHOVIA is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incompatible utilities, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Technical Support

Depending on the product and issue, SAHOVIA may provide troubleshooting, documentation, instructional guidance, video assistance, spare-parts support, or other remote technical assistance.

Remote technical support does not replace work that must legally or technically be performed by a qualified electrician, plumber, installer, repair technician, or other licensed professional.

  1. Business and Commercial Purchases

Businesses are responsible for determining whether the selected equipment is suitable for their intended volume, workflow, premises, and regulatory environment.

Business customers must comply with applicable local installation, workplace, electrical, plumbing, building, food-service, and safety requirements.

Consumer-specific protections apply only where the purchaser legally qualifies for them.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAHOVIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible utilities, failure to maintain the product, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For business customers, excluded losses may include loss of profit, revenue, production, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where caused by legally actionable fault, or any liability, warranty, remedy, or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. Force Majeure

SAHOVIA is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation or carrier interruptions, customs disruption, government action, strikes, major supply-chain interruption, public-health emergencies, war, civil unrest, or failure of essential infrastructure.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

  1. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with an order is processed under the SAHOVIA Privacy Policy.

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers may also process information according to their roles and applicable privacy terms.

  1. Intellectual Property

The SAHOVIA name, branding, original website content, graphics, product presentation, photographs, videos, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SAHOVIA unless otherwise stated and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Third-party trademarks and protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. Mandatory U.S. Customer Rights

Customers may have rights under applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including consumer-protection, privacy, warranty, and product-safety laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a right that cannot legally be waived.

Where a mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, that mandatory law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

  1. Governing Law

Subject to mandatory protections that may apply to the customer, these Terms and the contractual relationship with the seller are governed by French law.

This provision does not deprive an eligible customer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the customer’s place of residence where those protections cannot legally be waived.

  1. Disputes

Customers should first contact contact@sahovia.com so the parties can attempt to resolve a dispute directly and in good faith.

If no amicable solution is reached, either party may exercise the rights and remedies available before the courts or authorities competent under applicable law.

  1. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

  1. Changes to These Terms

SAHOVIA may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes apply prospectively.

The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is submitted, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
